Please note that once you have established log-in credentials with an employer (the “End Client”), all privacy rights and obligations pertaining to your Personal Information that you share with the End Client is solely the responsibility of the End Client and all disclosures, opt-in, opt-out and other privacy rights afforded to you under various state laws are exclusively the responsibility of the End Client to provide.

Certain web browsers provide users with an option by which you may have your browser send a “Do Not Track” signal to websites that you are visiting, advising the recipient websites that you do not want to have your online activity tracked.
